看到的一篇在方法学写：

punc<0.001 cluster forming peak-level threshold and then corrected for multiple comparison using the Family-wise Error rate (pFWE<0.05).
然后描述团块时写道：
Only considering the patients all together (ET with and without resting tremor) to increase the sample size the VBM analysis revealed a decrease in cerebellar GM volume in bilateral Crus II (Fig. 1B) in patients compared with control subjects, which was signifcant at the threshold punc<0.001, which did not survive at the more conservative threshold of pFWE<0.05
请问这适用于我的结果嘛
你目前的结果就是没有通过FWE或FDR校正的。你给的参考文献的描述也是没有校正的。不过一般没有校正的结果如果作为主要结果容易被审稿人质疑。
另外，你有试过permutation+TFCE的校正方案吗？说不定结果会好一些。
是的，但我看现在报道的结果好几个也是没有通过多重校正，我也准备试一下tfce+permutation,请问tfce的话，灰质图需要先smooth吗？
没有要求，可以平滑也可以不平滑（如果是GRF，就是一定要平滑）。
